OAP Advances Toward Government 4.0 with PMQA 4.0 Initiative

On August 4, 2025, the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation of Thailand, launched an initiative to promote organizational development based on the Public Sector Management Quality Award (PMQA) 4.0 model. This approach, championed by the government, aims to enhance work efficiency and better respond to public needs.

The project focuses on improving the quality of nuclear and radiation regulatory work by enhancing staff attitudes, behaviors, and governance-based thinking, alongside the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all levels.

By implementing this program, OAP aims to become a data-driven digital organization, capable of systematic data collection and informed decision-making. This effort supports the agency’s long-term goal of becoming a fully integrated part of Thailand’s Government 4.0 system, ultimately improving public service delivery.
