OAP Cultivates Organizational Values and Well-being through Interactive Training

On 5 August 2025, Dr. Rungreung Kitphati, Acting Secretary-General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), presided over a training session titled “Driving Organizational Values, Culture, and Well-being” at OAP headquarters. The program aimed to inspire new ideas for building a happy and strong organizational culture from within.

The session emphasized not only the core values of OAP but also hands-on participation through creative activities, allowing all levels of staff—executives, civil servants, and employees—to collaboratively define the organization they want to be part of. The event fostered open communication, trust, and teamwork, creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

Mr. Noppol Nopparat, an expert in organizational culture from Acrosswork Co., Ltd., served as guest speaker, sharing practical tools and experiences to strengthen team dynamics.

At the end of the training, OAP executives committed to applying the knowledge gained to continuously enhance organizational culture, ensuring core values are embedded in all processes. The program also aligned with the PMQA framework, particularly in leadership and value-driven governance.
