The Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), together with representatives from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Thailand and the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) Asia Branch, held discussions on strengthening cooperation in nuclear science and technology. The meeting also focused on preparations for a joint academic conference to mark the 50th Anniversary of China–Thailand Diplomatic Relations.
ใThe conference, titled “Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of China–Thailand Diplomatic Relations Establishment and Conference of the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Technology”, will be held on 10 October 2025 in Bangkok. It will serve as a platform to exchange knowledge and best practices in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy and technology.

Nuclear Technology Applications & Public Awareness
This event is expected to be a significant step in enhancing bilateral cooperation, promoting peaceful nuclear applications, and supporting sustainable technological development in the region.
