On March 12, 2024, OAP hosts the third meeting of Topical Sub Committee on Criteria for Construction License of Nuclear Installations. The meeting chaired by Dr. Kamol Takabut, President of Council of Engineers, considers several sets of assessment criteria for construction license of nuclear installations, including the following documents:
1. Security during construction plan
2. Risk management plan
3. Financial document
4. Site preparation plan
5. Logistics and transportation of components and machines
6. Construction and installation plan
7. Experts and persons responsible for construction
