On July 8, 2026, Ms. Chalathip Kueakob, Secretary of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), welcomed 45 instructors and trainees from the Royal Thai Army Chemical School during their technical visit to OAP. The visit aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical understanding of nuclear and radiation safety while providing insights into OAP’s regulatory roles and responsibilities. The program also offered participants an opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the peaceful applications of nuclear science and radiation, as well as OAP’s role in ensuring the safe and secure use of nuclear and radiation technologies for the benefit of the public and the nation.
