On September 1, 2026, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, Secretary General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), attended “Ladkrabang Exhibition 2026 | KMITL EXPO 2026: From Lab to Life,” held to commemorate the 66th anniversary of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). The event served as a platform for showcasing knowledge, technologies, and research achievements developed by the university and translating them into practical applications. It also aimed to foster collaboration among the academic, public, and private sectors.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and attended by members of the KMITL Council, university executives, faculty members, researchers, students, private-sector representatives, and members of the media.
