On September 3, 2026, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, Secretary General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), presided over the opening of the Professional Leadership Development Program on Communication Skills and Professional Presence, held from 2–4 September 2026 at Míttr Pattaya, Chon Buri Province.Approximately 60 OAP executives and civil servants participated in the program, which aimed to strengthen personnel capabilities in professional presence, leadership, and communication skills. The initiative was designed to enhance participants’ confidence and credibility in their professional roles and to strengthen public confidence in OAP as an organization committed to international professional excellence.
