On June 4, 2026, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, Secretary General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), participated in the ceremonial offering of blessings on the auspicious occasion the 48th Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on 3 June 2026. The ceremony was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and held at the Press Conference Room, 1st Floor, King Mongkut Building, Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI (Yothi Road).
The ceremony was graciously presided over by Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, who delivered a message of royal tribute and respectfully signed the book of well-wishes in honor of Her Majesty the Queen. Also in attendance were Mr. Danuphorn Punnakanta, Assistant Minister to MHESI; Mr. Chattarin Chanhom, Secretary to the Minister of MHESI; and Professor Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of MHESI, together with executives, government officials, and staff members of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. On this auspicious occasion marking the 48th Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana, participants respectfully paid homage before Her Majesty’s portrait, with expressions of unwavering loyalty and profound gratitude, while respectfully extending their heartfelt wishes for Her Majesty’s continued good health, happiness, and enduring royal prosperity.
