On July 24, 2026, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, Secretary General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), led OAP executives, civil servants, and staff in a ceremony to offer loyal greetings and take the Oath of Allegiance as dedicated civil servants and a driving force for the nation in celebration of the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. The ceremony was held at the Main Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, Building 1, OAP. During the ceremony, participants paid tribute before the royal portrait of His Majesty the King, offered loyal birthday greetings, and jointly recited the Oath of Allegiance, reaffirming their commitment to serving as honorable civil servants and a driving force for the nation. They also sang the Royal Anthem and Sadudi Chom Racha (Glorification of the King) to express their loyalty and profound gratitude for His Majesty’s boundless benevolence. The ceremony reaffirmed OAP personnel’s commitment to performing their duties with honesty, integrity, and transparency, while upholding the principles of good governance and dedicating themselves to serving the public interest and the nation. Following the ceremony, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, together with OAP executives, civil servants, and staff, signed the book of well-wishes in honor of His Majesty the King as an expression of their unwavering loyalty and profound gratitude. They also reaffirmed their determination to uphold His Majesty’s Royal Guidance in the performance of their official duties and to advance OAP’s mission of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety for the greatest benefit of the country and its people.
