On August 19, 2026, Dr. Rungrueng Kitphati, Secretary General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), led more than 70 OAP executives, civil servants, and personnel in an educational session entitled “Risks in Procurement Operations and Related Case Studies.” The session was held in the Main Conference Room with the aim of strengthening participants’ knowledge and understanding of procurement and supplies management, while enhancing their ability to carry out their duties accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
