On August 25, 2026, the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), welcomed 30 lecturers and students from the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, who visited and observed operations at the Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Operations Center, located in the OAP 60th Anniversary Building. The visit aimed to enhance their knowledge and practical experience in the use of instruments and equipment, as well as appropriate procedures for responding to radiological emergencies. On this occasion, Mr. Maitree Sriya, Senior Professional-Level Nuclear Engineer, served as a guest speaker and delivered a lecture on nuclear and radiological emergency response.
