On April 23, 2024, OAP hosts a meeting of A Topical Sub Committee on Assessment Criteria and Document for Construction License. This meeting which is the fourth meeting of the year is chaired by Dr. Kamol Takabut, Chairman of Engineering Council. The meeting considers several key documents involving with construction license for nuclear research reactor, including:
1. Management system of construction and quality assuarance.
2. Expertise and credibility of responsible organization.
3. Security plan during construction.
4. Risk management plan of the project.
